These Terms govern your use of the Fullfinity website ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. This is a pre-launch document covering the marketing website and waitlist; separate terms will govern the product when it is generally available.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal or business informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in ways that violate applicable law.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist expresses interest and places no obligation on you or us. It is not an offer to sell, a contract, or a guarantee of access, pricing or availability at launch.
Intellectual property
The Fullfinity name, logo and Site content are our property or used with permission. Our open-core software is distributed under its own license terms, available in the relevant source repositories.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Pre-launch information — including apps, features and pricing — is subject to change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
