Is there really a free version?+
Yes. The Free edition is free to self-host, forever, with unlimited users and community support. You only pay when you want us to host it (Standard) or need the enterprise apps and custom modules.
What are "enterprise apps"?+
Licensed apps for larger and regulated teams — advanced accounting, the manufacturing suite, quality, helpdesk SLA and CSAT, marketing automation, the no-code app builder, and more. They are included in Standard and Enterprise.
Standard vs Enterprise — what's the difference?+
Standard is fully managed by us and includes the enterprise apps, but not custom modules. Enterprise is self-hosted on your own infrastructure and adds custom modules and apps, with priority support.
Do you charge per user?+
Free is unlimited users, no charge. Standard and Enterprise are billed per user, per month — with up to 12% off when billed annually.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?+
It stays yours. The Free edition is free to self-host, so you can move to it and keep running indefinitely. You're never locked in.
Are upgrades included?+
Always, on every plan. New versions carry your data forward automatically — never a paid migration project. On our managed Cloud we apply them for you; self-hosted, it is a single upgrade command.
