A review should change something.

Run reviews people take seriously — one score everyone can see, and ratings that feed straight into what each person works on next. Not a form that gets filed away.

Fullfinity Appraisal — reviews with employee, status and overall score
The annual ritual

Everyone dreads it, and then nothing happens.

A form goes round, a rating gets argued over, a score lands in a folder — and by next week the skills nobody updated, the goals nobody tracked and the strengths nobody acted on are exactly where they were. The review cost everyone a morning and moved nothing.

Why Fullfinity

The score doesn’t stop at the form.

When you agree a competency rating, it doesn’t just sit on the review — it updates where that person stands in the skills matrix HR already keeps. Finish the review and the record is more accurate than it was that morning, automatically.

Competency ratings land on the employee’s skills, not a filing cabinet.
One overall score, from the manager’s ratings — no tallying by hand.

Not just top-down

The person, seen from every side.

Their own self-assessment and their manager’s review sit side by side on the same items, with peer and upward feedback added when you want the full picture — kept anonymous where it needs to be. Everyone answers one question at a time, so nobody skims to the end.

Where it leads

The conversation turns into goals you can track.

The next steps you agree don’t vanish with the meeting. They become goals on the employee’s record, each with a target date and a progress you can actually watch move — so the review is where the year starts, not where it ends.

FAQ

Performance appraisal software, answered.

How is this different from a standalone review tool?+

A review tool ends at a signed-off form. Here the score you agree on updates the person’s skills matrix, the goals you set live on their employee record, and their manager is the same reporting line HR already knows — so a review actually changes something, instead of being filed away.

Who gets to score the review?+

Each review has its own participants — the employee’s self-assessment and their manager’s review by default, with peer and upward feedback added when you want a fuller picture. Peer feedback can stay anonymous to the person being reviewed.

Do reviews have to happen all at once?+

No. Run an open review for one person, or launch a campaign — a cycle with a period and a template — across a whole team. Either way each review moves at its own pace from self-assessment to manager review to done.

Can I self-host it?+

Yes — the Free edition runs on your own server, free, with your whole team on it. Prefer not to run servers? We host a managed cloud. Same product either way.
