Fill the room. Don't oversell it.
Publish an event, take registrations and sell tickets from the page itself, then check people in at the door — on one seat count that never promises a seat that’s already gone.

One seat count, always current.
Every registration — booked by your team, filled in on the public page, or bought in the shop — moves the same running total. Hold a seat while a payment clears, release it if it's cancelled, and never sell past the cap.
From first announcement to at the door.
Price the tiers, cap the seats.
Offer as many ticket tiers as the event needs — early bird, standard, a free student seat — each with its own cap and sale window. When a tier fills, it says so.
Sell a ticket, register the buyer.
Paid tickets sell through your shop and the ordinary checkout. The moment the order is paid, the buyer is registered and their seat is claimed — no re-keying a list afterwards.
Scan them in at the door.
Every registration carries a badge. Scan it at check-in to mark the attendee arrived — a printed name, event and tier that stays right even if the contact is edited later.

Free, unlimited users
Self-host the Free edition with your whole team on it — no per-seat fees, no seat counting, no trial running out.
Only what you need
Run Events on its own, and switch on the rest of the suite when you're ready.
Event management software, answered.
Can people register straight from the event page?+
Yes. Publish an event and visitors register themselves from its public page — no account, no back-and-forth. Free tickets sign up inline; a confirmation and a badge come back on the spot.
How does it stop me overselling a sold-out event?+
Every seat — booked in the back office, on the public page, or bought through the shop — passes the same capacity check. Set a cap on the whole event or on a single tier, and once it fills, the next registration is turned away rather than double-booked.
Can I charge for tickets?+
Yes. A paid tier is sold as an ordinary product through the shop and the usual checkout, and the moment the order is paid the buyer is registered for you — no manual re-keying, and their seat is claimed as part of the sale.
Does it handle a conference agenda, not just sign-ups?+
Yes. Build a schedule of talks, workshops, keynotes and panels across rooms, credit each to its speakers, and publish the agenda to the same event page attendees register on.
Can I self-host it?+
Yes — the Free edition runs on your own server, free, with your whole team on it. Prefer not to run servers? We host a managed cloud. Same product either way.
