This Privacy Policy explains how Fullfinity ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit our website or join our waitlist. This is a pre-launch policy and will be expanded when our product becomes generally available.
Information we collect
When you join our waitlist we collect the email address you provide. When you browse the site we collect standard analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type) to understand and improve the site.
How we use it
We use your email solely to notify you about our launch and related product updates. We use analytics data in aggregate to improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
We use trusted service providers to operate the site, including analytics, who process data on our behalf under their own terms. Bot protection on our forms runs on our own infrastructure as a proof-of-work check (ALTCHA) — there is no third-party captcha tracking you. We may host the site and store waitlist data with infrastructure providers.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time by contacting us. Every launch email will include an unsubscribe link.
Data retention & security
We keep waitlist data only as long as needed to contact you about the launch, and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect it.
