Which payment gateways can I use?+
Seven, out of the box: Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Authorize.Net, Mollie, Razorpay and Square — plus direct bank debit (ACH). A payment taken through any of them settles straight against the invoice it belongs to.
Do bank feeds import transactions automatically?+
Yes. Bank feeds connect through Plaid, GoCardless, Salt Edge, TrueLayer or Basiq and pull your transactions in on a rolling basis, ready to reconcile — no monthly CSV export and import.
Can I print carrier labels and track shipments?+
Yes. DHL, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail plug into your delivery orders, so you rate at checkout, buy the label, and track the parcel without leaving the order.
Can I send compliant e-invoices?+
Yes. Invoices generate as EN 16931 / Peppol BIS UBL and go out through a certified access point — Storecove reaches the Peppol network and converts to national formats, and Sovos additionally clears with tax authorities in countries that require it. Country profiles ship for Germany, France, India, Mexico and Saudi Arabia.
Can it send and receive our company email?+
Yes. Connect a Gmail/Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox over OAuth and mail sends and receives through it — no app passwords, which matters because both providers have disabled basic auth. Microsoft 365 also syncs each user's Outlook calendar, with Teams links on meetings.
